If your cargo requires temperature and/or humidity control, reefer containers are the answer.  Reefer containers can be set anywhere between –26C (–15F) to  +30C (+86F).

For high value frozen fish there are specialized blast and/or super freezers that can maintain temperatures as low as –59C (-75F). For fresh fruits and vegetables, there are specialized reefers that can maintain humidity levels up to 95% or the ripening process can be controlled through a technique used to “put the product to sleep.”
