The expansion strengthens OCF’s coast-to-coast logistics network as the company approaches its 50th anniversary.

Mississauga, ON (June 1, 2026) — Overseas Container Forwarding (OCF) is pleased to announce that, effective today, the company is fully operational in the Toronto market through the strategic acquisition of Sea Air International Forwarders in Mississauga, Ontario.

This expansion marks a significant milestone in OCF’s continued national growth strategy, further strengthening the company’s operational capabilities and extending its service reach across Canada.

By integrating Sea Air’s established trade lanes and experienced team into OCF’s existing infrastructure, the company is positioned to deliver even greater efficiency, continuity, and value to customers across domestic and international markets.

The acquisition also supports the continued expansion of OCF’s specialized logistics capabilities, including live animal transportation services under its newly launched division, Overseas Live Forwarding (OLF).
